ARE THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL NEW?

PLEASE REMEMBER : We are a dedicated clearance goods warehouse and sell clearance items.  

Our aim is to offer you a bargain on quality branded baby and toddler supplies.

The condition and accessories are as described and pictured.  ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY GUARANTEED BY US FOR 60 DAYS.

 

Items listed as new-clearance will have never been used, and are as-new (with the exception of signs of handling, or repackaging).  The product packaging may be missing, damaged or alternative packaging may be used.

Items listed as ex-display may have very minor cosmetic marks such as scratches or signs of handling and cleaning.  This is noted, where we can, in the product's description.  And while all essential accessories are included, the packaging may be missing, damaged or alternative packaging may be used.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

We offer a 60 day warranty on the goods we sell.  The full details can be read here

CAN I REGISTER FOR THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY?

We are a clearance warehouse, we are not an authorised, registered supplier with the manufacturers whose products we sell.  So although the majority of the products we sell are new, the manufacturers may elect not to offer their warranty due to the item not being purchased from an approved agent.  Nonetheless, we find the manufacturers helpful in dealing with enquiries and any requests for spare or replacements parts.  or where available servicing the item.  And above all we finf that most products are so well designed and manufactured you'll get  a lifetime's trouble free service from them.

HOW DO I ORDER SPARE PARTS?

spare parts are often readily available, at a cost, directly from the manufacturer.  If you need help getting in contact with them, please get in touch with us.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME ON MY ORDER?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.  And our aim is to get your order to you within 3-5 days of it being placed.  We also aim to keep you updated on your order's progress.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Unfortunately not.  All orders need to be placed via our website.

CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY IN PERSON?

As a clearance warehouse, we don't have a showroom where you can view products.  We aim to provide accurate photography and descriptions of the products we sell, and our prices will always reflect the fact we are a clearance warehouse.  if you wish to discuss a specific product further, please get in touch with us.  or if you wish to decide if a particular product is right for you before purchasing, we recommend visiting an authorised distributor to trial the product before your purchase from us.

HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?

if you find need to make a complaint, please get in touch with us here.  Let us know your details and details of the issue and we can investigate further.  With any complaint we received we aim to respond within 5 days.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments can be made through the site by debit or credit card.  Or a zero interest payment plan can be arranged via Paypal (at their discretion and approval)
